We can service your BMW using the same level of technical information as that used in a main BMW dealership workshop and update your BMW digital service history once completed. And all the while maintaining any BMW factory warranty that your car may have.
This is because we are registered on BMW AOS (Aftersales Online System) which is BMW AG's official system for all things BMW Service. We can access and use information such as Digital Service History, Technical Campaign Information, Software Updates and Module and Control Unit Programming in the very same way as a BMW authorised workshop can. We can even advise if your vehicle has any manufacturer recalls outstanding.
So when we service your BMW we strictly follow the relevant BMW service and operations schedule information at all times.
And once we complete your BMW service we will update your BMW's Digital Service History on the official BMW digital service history system and provide you with an updated printout.
Bought your BMW in the UK? We can access all of its previous BMW dealer service history and update it for the work we carry out!
All work can be pre-estimated and quoted for in advance and we can communicate with you by email exclusively, including invoice issue, if you are on the move or unable to talk by telephone.
Call us today on 091-383000 or use our Book a Service form.
SERVICING YOUR BMW WITH US DOES NOT AFFECT ANY MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, HOW IS THAT?WE ARE ONE OF VERY FEW INDEPENDENT BMW SERVICE CENTRES THAT CAN UPDATE YOUR OFFICIAL BMW DIGITAL SERVICE RECORD (DSB)

WHAT PARTS DO WE USE WHEN WE SERVICE YOUR BMW?
When it comes to parts we use, we use both BMW supplied parts and also OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts.
BMW doesn't just produce high-quality performance vehicles out of thin air. It relies on an extensive and impressive supplier network to provide the inputs for final assembly. These include Luk (suspension), Bosch (sensors), Continental (transmissions, tyres), Mahle / Mann / Bosch (engine components, air & liquid management systems, valve train parts), ATE, Brembo, TRW, Continental (brakes), Delphi (battery & electric charging components), Valeo (camera & assistance systems), Harmon/Kardon (sound systems & components) and many more.
The reason we list these is that these parts manufacturers (and many more) also sell many of the parts they manufacture for BMW directly into the after-sales market. We source these parts from the wholesale market and in most instances at substantially reduced prices to those of BMW dealers.
Because we are independent, we can often give our customers a choice of part brands allowing our customers to make informed and sensible decisions based on their individual requirements and needs while saving money!
We also have live, online access to BMW's EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog) systems allowing us to identify parts and part numbers in the very same manner as a main BMW dealer. This allows us to repair your vehicle with full viability and information on the correct parts and fitments.
